Defects and Damages
ShilohBoards Inc. products undergo rigorous quality inspections, however if you believe there is an issue with your Shiloh Board, please contact us as hello@shilohboards.com as soon as possible with your order details, as well as photos and a description of the issue. This will help us properly asses the issue and organize a return or exchange.
30-day Return Policy
We are a Canadian family business and customer satisfaction and quality is of paramount importance to us. With that being said, if you are not happy with our products, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of an order’s delivery date. Please note the product must be in re-sellable condition and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless otherwise noted.
Refund Process
Once received, your return will undergo an inspection to ensure all conditions are met in which a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the total cost of the item(s) you have returned. Initial shipping costs are nonrefundable, and any applied promotions on the order are not able to be reused. The refund process can take up to 5-10 business days upon receiving your return.
Organizing a Return
